Veteran Reward Lost

Not sure if this is the right forum for my question but...

I received the in game FF Dev. Team letter for the Rank 3 (90day) veteran reward but I accidentally discarded the Voidal Resonator that summons the Ahriman mount.

Is there a way to have that reward resent so that I can obtain the Ahriman mount?

You could try opening a support ticket in the game telling GM's what happened.

Try the button at the top of the Moogle Mail window in-game that says something like, "Resend special items." This isn't exactly what it's designed for, but it's worth a try while you're waiting for Customer Support.
