famfrit not showing up in list for transfer

ok so recently my boyfriend and i have decided to transfer worlds. the only problem is the world we want to transfer isn't showing up for him on the transfer list. i thought it was because of character restrictions but from what i've read character restrictions don't have any effect on world transfers... the weird thing is its showing up for me even now as i'm typing this but not for him... i was hoping if anyone had any information whatsoever as to how to fix this problem because i really had my eyes set on famfrit.

I'd open a ticket or work with customer support outside the game. Their live chat option is usually extremely helpful, and they should be able to help you out.

Really weird that it wasn't showing up for him. We need more Famfritters.

Does he have a Entry level subscription and already have a character on that server? They limit you to one character per server for those.

we have successfully transferred ^_^ thanks for the suggestions... and yes he did only have a entry level sub haha
