What class needs a buff or nerf?

We know bards and ninjas are getting buffs in 3.3. Is there any other class that you feel that needs a buff or a nerf? If yes what kind of buff or nerf (single target or AoE) and why.

Make Ley Lines bigger. It's disconcerting that Doton, Shadowflare and Salted Earth are 3 times as big and every boss AoE even bigger still.

Where do I find where it says nins and brds will be buffed in 3.3? because if that's true then I am excited.

i tried to look everywhere, i dont see anything about class changes =/.

Bard dont need a nerf nor a buff, they need a change!
In my opinion, they should remove WM and increase the potency of some attacks when DoTs are still up. Give Bards their mobility back!

There was a thread in /r/ffxiv showing a few things that happened after the Live Letter and one of those things was that they are buffing NIN AoE and BRD damage. Sadly I can't find it.

Just give Cleric Stance an "accuracy boost" finally like with the tank stances. Give it when activated an increased chance to hit. That's the buff I want to see since I don't see the return of accuracy in healer gear except when melded into.
