We had just cleared A5S for the first time, I got out of the cutscene and didn't have a loot window for the treasure chest either. I had to ask what dropped. I didn't think to check for my book, and I'm one hundred percent certain my inventory was not full.

Come to find out the next day, I never even got it! I searched for it when a friend linked it to me, still nothing.
