Accepted bugs forums never seems to empty

As the title says the accepted bugs forums never seems to empty out or have threads moved to the proper place even after the issues are addressed. It also seems that even though the threads are viewed by the proper people they are never responded to or at least very rarely. I know the GM's and Mods are doing what they can but it just looks like they aren't doing anything with those issues. If you go look at the other sub-forums the time stamps from the original post are often 6 months old so it just looks like nothing is being done. It just seems concerning to me that's all.
