Lag/ temporary freezing in instanced content

Last Saturday I started having issues while doing instance based content on my ps4 ( dungeons, trials, raids, ect). Once I'm inside, my weapon skill and ability usage are heavily delayed and all players and enemies often freeze for shot periods of time. It makes most content unplayable. Was wondering if anyone has any advice for a potential fix. I've tried restarting modem/ router. I've tested connection speeds several times and nothing is out of the ordinary. I've tried playing other games and the issue was never present in any of the games I've tried. But as soon as I get back on ff14 and get into a dungeon or raid, the problem comes back. I have been trying everyday and at many different times a day since Saturday, when I first noticed the issue, and it has been the same every time.

Can anyone help or direct me somewhere where I can receive help?
