Unable to transfer new character to another server

My friends created characters on Diabolos but as I was a bit late to the party I was unable to create a new character on that server as it was full. So to pass the time I created a character on Famfrit and had the intention of doing a world transfer at a later time.

Now I am in the process of doing the world transfer but I cannot see the new character listed as available for world transfer. How long do I have to wait until I can transfer the new character.

3 Days old, I found it now. It wasn't listed in the Mog station. May pay to put it there. Thank you.
