Crag mask?

I've seen some posts online of glamours with this item: Crag Mask. I asked around in game and no one knew where it came from so I thought I'd ask here.

Japanese 7/11 promotional event, not available to other regions/ countries, being 'looked at' to be available :(

It's from the 7-11 event that's going on in Japan. We should be getting it on NA/EU soon apparently.
