I'm looking for a small house or plot in the Goblet, or the Lavender Beds as a second choice. Due to lack of available housing, I would be willing to negotiate terms of relinquishment. Feel free to send /tell in game or post any plots to be reclaimed soon.
Sadly it is against the ToS for a player to "sell" their house to another player. The only way to get a house atm is to wait for someone to relinquish theirs or wait for the new housing wards coming in the next big update (which I would think Ishgard housing should be soon too iirc).
Also the price for smalls on our server tend to go for about 5-6 mil when they go up on the market. Hope you're able to get a house OP, I know it sucks all the houses are taken up on our server. Sucks even more that you'd like Goblet most considering there is one guy there that has like 6 or 7 of the houses in Goblet with alt FCs -_-
SE really needs to fix the housing situation & stop putting band-aids on a broken leg...
It does indeed. I've been trying to find a teacher to determine what's going to be available but google is also failing me.
