SE Please do something about the BOTs

I've been noticing a lot of players using bot programs for gathering/FATE leveling. Please do something about it. They may be paying subs but if you're gonna be tame with the punishment (e.g. reported someone using a telehack and he got a 3 day ban only while others are still botting til this day), this game will be run mostly by bots which will have serious consequences on the server market and the FFXIV player base. For the few days that I have been leveling on of my jobs in HW, I've reported 7 characters. As I am writing this, I am seeing 3 gatherer bots in front of Alex Gordias entrance. Here's 2 of them (other one is on another node)
