MC Static searching for final member

We are a 7/8 static made up of friends currently finishing progression on A6S. Experience levels range from people who have progressed in A8, A7 and A6. Raid 3-5 days a week with 1-2 lockouts.
We have 2 players who are willing to swap classes if a good member joins.
What we are looking for:
OT Warrior
Healer (Preferably SCH but willing to swap)
Melee DPS (DRG/MNK)

What we expect:
Understand your class. No rage quitting. No drama/bad tempers. Punctual. Friendly, mature. English speaking/understanding - TS3/Discord required. Willing to spend time with other members outside of raid to increase enjoyment of raid. Be willing to accept and offer criticism. Join in with raid related discussions.

Class Expectation:
OT - High DPS numbers. High understanding of tank mechanics. Clean tank swaps.
Healer - Trust my healing. Understand when you will need to heal/DPS.
DPS - High DPS. Awareness of all mechanics.

Extra Information:
We can raid any day of the week.
We will always raid on a Tuesday unless someone is unable to.
Schedules will be discussed on Tuesday for the rest of the week.
We are looking to start raiding at 5ST at the earliest and 7ST at the latest. (possible day time raids if close to a kill. not expected)
Raid will end at 10ST at the latest. (this may be flexible if close to a kill. not expected)
Raid times will be discussed.

Note:
1. We are a raid group made up of close friends so we understand that real life comes first.
2. We are preferably looking for a WAR then a SCH as we already have a MNK/DRG who is exceptional at their job. You would have to be either just as good or better in order to join as a melee.
