Characters suddenly NOT accessable !!!

After last update i can't choose 3 out of 4 of my characters, INCLUDING the one i play the MOST(Zydane Tribal). Is this a new feature??? How can i choose to make another character accessible, all my gear and good stuff are currently on the locked one!http://images.akamai.steamuserconten...91BA28F12CD2F/

Did you change your payment to the cheap version that only supports 1 character per server?
