AST, DRK and MCN being classes-less job, there's none of their abilities that can be cross-classed. However, Paladin could really use DRK 's Unleash and AST's Essential Dignity could be of use for SCH and WHM...
Also It could be interesting to have new sharable skill beyond level 40

In before someone mentions how they regret cross class, homogenization, special-ness or job identity, eventually leading to the other classes don't need it, explanations on why it would be nice, and followed quickly after by the sacred meme of Yoshi-P saying "Git gud."
Also mantra is 42. So beyond 40. It is terrible to cross class since its gimp. Wish granted. Next. -

Essential Dignity wouldn't be a very good cross-class for the other healers because they both already have their own High-Burst-Heal ability that has a 60 second cooldown (Tetragrammaton and Lustrate).

All jobs should have access to all base cross class skills honestly. There are times I'll go Thaumaturge time to time just for some CC skills to go full support mage. And sometimes it can be all sorts of fun. Makes me a bit sad I can't go Ley lines and throw Stoneskins at everyone.
Although I really have to question for Tank cross class skills why the 2nd part of enmity combo is even there to begin with. -

It's not like it was a bad idea to make GLA & MRD as cross classes for DRK, but MRD provides only with foresight, mercy stroke and bloodbath. the first can be quite usefull, but last two are just... to fill the spots...
I think DRK could benefit from LNC, thou because of B4B, we won't ever see LNC as cross class for a tank.
