Best fish

Hi just wondering what the best types of fish are to get to make Gil by crafting

I've got all 60 crafting and just got fisher to 60. I know diadem fish are good but other than that so far all I'm getting it pipira pira and making baked pipira pira food.

Any other good fish I can get for crafts? Or just to sell in general?

If you want easy water clusters and super fast fishing, get some giant fly cranes and fish for storm chasers in churning mists. They hook in under 4 seconds, if not recast. You'll need cul desynth, but they give you a fair amount of water clusters and spell speed IVs. :D They have a very high fishing chance.

Basically, yeah, the best fish to sell are pipira pira, pterodactyl, retribution staff, and the fish for the high-level crafter foods (can't remember them off the top of my head).
Silver sharks and hammerheads (for shark oil) also sell well (I prefer to retainer venture these though). Blue cloud coral and Mog poms (I think that's their name) are used for dissolvents, but they also can be ventured.


Other than those, I don't think there are many fish that are good for making gil

You can always look under the "Seafood" category on the market board to see if any others sell well.

Typically levequest fish will sell decently, at least HQ ones.
