Shield class a "subjob"!?!?!

So, I don't really consider Shield a class. Only because you can only use its skills if you have it equipped and you can be level 1 in a level 45+ party and still get exp(if your other class is getting exp). SO, I'm just wondering if there will be more "subjob" type classes. Maybe one for dual wielding, a small shield for lancer? I don't know, TELL ME WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?
