Max HP for Bard?

I'm trying to increase my hp on my bard but am stuck at 16260. am I bugged or capped?

edit: Take out your DEX attribute points and put them in VIT.

I'm at 16014 right now and if I bothered to update my equipment I bet it would be higher.

I simply changed to a better piece of gear with more vitality but no hp increase.

I believe you need to increase your gears. I think you'll have to be around 19k hp if not more for as8. Solution is to meld Vita V materias on your accessories until you reach the cap.

this in no way answers my question. my vitality wont increase. I put on a better piece of gear.

Take a before and after picture of what you were wearing before, and what you were wearing after, along with your stat page.

I find it hard to believe a bug like that would crop up this late in the game.

Also make sure you're not comparing your HP from being in a party with a tank to your HP with better gear without being in a party without a tank.

I believe I do answer. There's no vitality cap so you may just be bugged but it makes no sense to me.

I'd probably fill out the bug report form then..

Go in a party with a tank. If you're partied with a tank, your health should go up a little.

If it doesn't, you're bugged or something.
