[dev1016] Minor points about cooking technique

OK, for starters, I really do like this game a lot and I really enjoy being a Culinarian. I know that its not huge priority for the dev's right now but, that being said, I'm a pretty accomplished cook in RL and few things drive me fraking crazy about this class.

1.)Their knife work is just awful. THEY HOLD THE KNIFE ALL WRONG! You dont hold it all the way back on the handle like its a spoon, you hold the blade itself with your thumb and the handle goes back into your hand. This is how you hold a knife people!:

(also, check out how sexy that knife is...flat and boxy, with an angle on the tip. hate those curvy knives we use. maybe its regional thing, i dunno)

2.)They stick out their thumbs on the hand opposite the knife-hand. Do alchemists make glue that can re-attach thumbs? I get anxious every time i have to make apple juice, watching that thumb casually wandering into the knife's path. eeek!

3.) why no sushi???? 100 different ways to make sand and not ONE way to make a raw fish dish (and dont say oysters! thats different!). Come on guys, throw us a (fish)bone.

4.) Such teeny-tiny skillets. Im almost lvl 50 here, gimme a real skillet! I'd take a dutch oven over that dinky ass cobalt skillet any day.

5.)What's with the potato-sack chef aprons? I look like a fry cook at the waffle house for gods sake. I've got over 100k Culinarian guild marks, every book and scroll and just about to cap my level. Im as high up as you can go with this class and im made to wear something you ship root vegetables in. Wouldnt something like this be awesome, ala Final Fantasy style :
