Static looking for a BRD/MCH for A7s progression

Hello there !

Our static is looking for a BRD or a MCH in order to keep progressing in A7s (like, as it is written in the title :D).

So, who are we ?
Just a bunch of people who got together some time before 3.2 to wipe in A3s but who didn't have time to clear it, and moved to Midas when 3.2 landed. We currently have A5s and A6s on somewhat farm (and cleared A6s pre-nerf) and have been to last phase of A7s (13% to be accurate). We're not declared as a progression static, so probably you have never heard of us :D (because we cba to declare xD).

And how do we work ?
We think of ourselves as a midcore static, and we're actually raiding at least 4 - 5 times a week. On weekday, we usually start at 8 pm ST one week out of two and 9 pm ST one week out of two (for a minimum of one lockout, two if it's the early schedule week). On week-end... we do as we please, depending on people's schedule (but we go at least for 3 hours, sometimes even more).

... what do we expect then ?
- A Bard or a Machinist obviously
- At the very least, farming status on A5s, kill on A6s and experience in A7s (if you have the kill and even experience in A8s, well, we won't say no :D)
- Ability to listen and speak on voice chat (we're currently using Teamspeak) ... english
- Punctuality. Don't disappear all of a sudden without warning, especially when raid time is coming. Being late can happen (who doesn't have IRL shit happening sometimes), but at least keep us informed on what is going on.
- Patience. We're far from being the best, everyone is doing mistakes, please bear with it.
- And you can laugh sometimes, it doesn't hurt :3 (wait what, we're having fun raiding ? o.o)
