Beast Tribe Quest Fates

I understand that this has been an issue for a while, but it's still an issue. There are a few fates that force us to wait for a long time just for a daily quest.

Specifically, I've personally had issues with Western La Noscea's "Tale of a Whale" and East Shroud's "What a Boar". Due to the fact that "What a Boar" can be finished in a single minute, I'm forced to stay in the area that it shows up. I've had to wait close to 30 minutes just for that one fate.

Please shorten the length of time these take to show up.
