[HC] 3.2 Midas Savage Static LF NIN/MNK 4/5 days per week, 7pm - 10pm

Raid times: 19:30 to 22.30 (UK Time), 4 days per week. Weds/Thurs/Fri/Sat. Times flexible pending on member availability and how close we are to killing a fight.
Our NIN has had to stop raiding with us due to RL reasons and not being able to attend a number of our raid days.
About our group and what we expect from players:
- Progression-oriented with players pushing to clear content
- Healers to be comfortable solo-healing parts of fights and stance-dancing to maximise DPS. Tanks will be stance dancing to maximise their DPS. Healers should also have extensive solo heal experience in old content and be able to manage their mana without manasong where required.
- DPS optimise rotations while handing mechanics and do the best for the group rather than for personal numbers.
- Tanks are expected to stance dance throughout the fight to maximise DPS, as well as providing party utility where required and using cooldowns appropriately.
- Have access to consumables (Foods & Pots) as well as Materia and crafted gear where appropriate.
- Knowledge of their class and role, as well as being able to adapt to fights
- A good attitude to improvement as well as being able to take criticism.
- English proficiency & TS3 (We use Discord for out of game chat).
- Currently have AS5 on farm, working on AS6 - We have reached Vortexer, making up for lost progression time earlier in the cycle.
If you're looking for a group but don't have time to raid 12 hours a day but still want to progress fast and play seriously, this could be the group for you. Members applying with FFlogs links and AS3 or AS5 clears are preferred.
