Will the Diadem ever be updated again?
If so, SE should add some sort of system to combat mass zergs/RNG. For example:
-Whenever a bonus objective is completed after tomestones are rewarded, party members will receive spoils for each extra objective finished.
-Extra spoils will be allotted to players based on battle participation. Gatherers will still be able to roll on items (whatever SE decides I guess), but people who helped kill the mob will have 1 or 2 brass spoil added directly to the inventory. Maybe even bonuses added for killing different types of enemies.
-Spoils can be exchanged for aetherial gear; the stats will be random but you can buy current ilvl gear. This of course would require a drop pool update, but it's literally just bumping up stats of the existing gear model. This way players can continue to get relevant rewards without relying on RNG and tomestones, adding some modicum of gear choice.
-Adding new areas that could traveled to, such as a rare dungeon spawn, or an extra island that can be unlocked by attuning to aether currents. Anything that encourages exploration to find these objectives for a shot at getting to rare treasure on an island.
I'd like to hear some thoughts about this, I really like Diadem but it gets painfully stale after the "FATE" scaled monsters drop chest after chest without any guarantee of getting anything. Any other ideas would be welcome too, Diadem desperately needs some TLC because it still has great potential to be relevant content instead of dead as it stands now.
