i need to know the formula for calculating the % of CHR .

I have 668 of Chr But the result is 0,12 .

668 -352 =314

858x5 =4290

314 /4290 = 0,07

0,07 + 0,05 =0,12

I don't under stand

I guess 0.12 crit chance = 12% crit chance.
