[Odin] [LFM] [MC] New Midas Savage Static

We are looking to form a new group with members that fit the following profile;

- Want to have fun and motivated to progress at a decent pace, starting at A5s
- Have some previous raid experience in FFXIV.
- Minimum ilev 220, for one (or more) of the following 3 jobs – Pld/Drk, Whm/Ast, and Mnk/Nin
- Able to raid 8-10pm ST Mon & Tue, and 8-11:30pm ST Saturday
- Able to communicate in English on TS (Alternative voice comms could be discussed)
- Able to turn up on time for raids
- Able to give and receive constructive criticism if required, but refrain from being toxic and elitist (It’s a game, let's not spoil it for others!)
- Sign up to some form of group social comms

As this would be a new group, apart from the things listed above, static rules etc would be discussed collectively. There would be teething problems, so some patience would be appreciated. We also need to elect a responsible leader ^.^
