90k in dungeon causes character to become stuck and cannot be logged into for 2 hours

Time: This usually occurs after 11pm pst, though it has happened earlier on one occasion.

Frequency: This has happened 4 times in 5 days

Steps:
1. enter dungeon
2. get an unexpected 90k
3. your character becomes stuck.

Unfortunately I do not have an exact process of how this getting stuck happens, so I will detail what happened in each instance that I found myself stuck and locked out of my character. For each time, the 90k was sudden and not a result of loss of internet connection, my client crashing, or anything similar. My roommates sharing the connection are also online just fine, indicating nothing wrong with my connection. It simply happened. The character becomes stuck in a sort of limbo, trapped in the instance until the maximum instance time has passed, usually about 1-2 hours before I am able to log back into him.

However, during this time where my character is in limbo, I am able to access my account just fine and log into any of my other characters, but that one in limbo I cannot access until that time has passed. Only in the first instance was I able to log in sooner.

Here are the instances where I was stuck, who was stuck, party information, and whatever I can think of to help find this bug.

Queued: directly to Aery in a party with two other people

Time: somewhere around 1130pm PST
Where the 90k happened: A mob or two before the second boss.
Note: I was able to log into Jeantremont after my party had vote-dismissed me. This is the only time I was able to do so.

2.
Instance: Sastasha (story mode)
Queued: Levelling roulette alone
Class: Astrologian
Character: Jeantremont Arbeau
Time: about 11pm PST
Where the 90k happened: the mob before the second boss

3.
Instance: Alexander Midas floor 4 (normal)
Queued: with 3-4 other people
Character: Jeantremont Arbeau
Class: Astrologian
Time: earlier, around 7pm PST
Where the 90k happened: Right about when the robots come down during the add phase.

4.
Instance: Alexander Midas floor 3 (normal)
Queued: solo
Character: Valentinoix Thibault
Class: Monk
Time: 11:30PM PST
Where the 90k happened: As the boss died.

Unfortunately I truly cannot specify how this happens as there is no pattern at all to this. I thought it was solely something happening to Jeantremont until it happened to Valentinoix too. I can add more instances where this happens as they happen, but as it seems random, it may happen tonight or it may not happen at all.
