Whisper Messages / Easy solution to prevent spam

With all the spam messages, it's easy to miss a friendly whisper; so here's a couple of my ideas to easily prevent that from happening:

1) Add the ability to change the color of whispers from people on your friends list, friend groups, Free Company, and Linkshell.

2) Add the ability to change the notification sounds for the above.

These 2 things would be relatively easy to add to the UI, especially since they are already in place for other features. This would allow us to turn the sounds off for normal whispers, and ignore the "standard" whispers. It would prevent us from missing important whispers from friends, FC members, and LS users.

It would be nice if whisper could be set to allow only whispers from people who are in your Friends, FC or current party.
