PLD look for FC or static group

Hi guys, im lvl 55 PLD , just joined the game 1 month ago. Currently I grow tired of doing dungeons with strangers and the awkward silence, so I decided to find a FC or a static group.
I'm looking for an active and newbie-friendly group, preferably one with small or medium size. It would be ideal if we could do the new contents together, instead of a couple of lvl60 players just babysitting me :p
I speak English and a bit German, no native speaker though.
