Late Night static forming....again.

Good morning, afternoon, or evening.

My name is Grimmjow Jaggerjaques. I'd like to propose to you an offer. I would like to form a static that starts around 10PM PST. This may seem like unconventional hours, but it is to cater to those who live the night life.

To put this forward: I'm not looking to regress, or settle for those who are not willing to push themselves to the limit of their abilities. I would like to gather together like-minded individuals who believe they have what it takes to efficiently clear raid content in a timely manner, but have been shafted by their living or work schedule.

Raid times: Tentative now, but the goal is 10pm PST for 2 lockouts, 4-5 days a week.

Requirements:
230 weapon on your main at least. Relic or Lore.
A good mindset, both for progression and attitude towards others.
Confidence in playing your job effectively.
(This may come off here) A8S dummy clear
A6s Vortexer full rotation experience
Ability to take criticism and build upon it.

What I need:
1 Tank-preferably someone who has confidence in more than one of them.

2 Healers-multiple job confidence is preferred here as well. Scholar is almost guaranteed, the other a white mage/astro.

1 Melee dps- Ninja and/or Monk here. As content shapes up, it's looking like monk is much preferred.

1 Ranged- Machinist is strongly preferred in this spot with their superior numbers and Overcharge pushing physical dps higher, but a solid bard will definitely be considered.


I want to form a group that can work together, laugh together, and clear content quickly, eventually pushing for those top Guild speed records.
