I'm not sure how long it takes for you to review complaints sent to this particular section of the support center, but the websites I've reported for distributing (and selling) bots and hacks are still in full operation and continually updating their programs. If SE is planning on moving to a fee-based subscription service then they need to eliminate these exploiters from the game as it will (a) destroy game balance and (b) cause irreparable harm to those foolish enough to use these while they have their accounts compromised.
