FD is Recruiting again!

Final Dawn <FINAL> is a newbie-lovin' Rank 8 FC that's been active for nearly 2.5 years now. Our goal is to have an involved community that's patient and helps each other. We aim for a mid-level populace which is large enough that there's always people around, but small enough that nobody gets left out.

We have Heat of Battle II (battle exp increase) buff up 24/7 and a second buff that alternates to suit players needs. In FD you'll find lots of help from myself and others with levelling, early raiding, crafting and gathering, and despite having people who choose to help, we also offer incentive by rewarding players every week for helping with MSQ progression via rewards of materia, minions and more.

We've recently started a mentor sign-up on our forums where you can find players names that are confident in their jobs and are eager to receive your questions—a concept which I hope to expand on over time. We offer a medium sized plot with crafting tables, and are currently debating (again) about whether or not we want to upgrade to a large! Additionally, with my recent obsession with housing, I'm in the process of sorting out a system for making all sorts of furnishings regularly available to FC members (this is due to my heart breaking every time I see an empty plot). So if you intend to get a room at the FC house or your own personal plot, let us know!

We're open to people of all types but we don't target or specifically cater to any gender/race/sexual orientation/etc. Our atmosphere is for the most part lighthearted but it is an adult FC and while we try to limit certain things to other appropriate channels, you will see adult humour and the like in FC chat now and again. Things that are offensive will be dealt with by a leader, and our one big rule at FD is that everyone should feel comfortable participating, whether it's FC chat, dungeon runs, our TS, etc—Oh yeah, we have a FC TeamSpeak 3 and many of us also use Discord.

If you're interested in joining, or want to get a better feel for what type of FC we are, our website is www.final-dawn.enjin.com and we do require applications to be filled out there before joining (this mainly helps us manage a healthy population as well as getting to know eachother). After applying you'll be immediately eligible for invite. We're open to just about everyone but we're always especially interested in taking in newbies and players levelling their first class or just eager to learn and grow. Keep in mind if our activity grows too much too fast we do close recruitment temporarily (also around large patches).

I may come back to Final Dawn soon because so far, I'm just not feeling it with RS. But I left in hopes of getting more coil clears, and getting ThorEx and SephEx clears, but the times I'm willing to do them are different than everyone.

And I haven't got any help with my crafting classes so I'm still doing things on my own. Crafting HQ is getting harder for me.

They seem to be more of a hard-core FC and I'm more of a mid-core player. I like to take things slow; that's why my PLD isn't above ilvl220 yet, but next week I should be able to get my lore weapon. And my crafts are lv51; still no where near 60.

And I miss you guys, maybe I should've stayed...

Didn't stay too long on Brynhildr, but these guys definitely made the stay a lot better. Couldn't recommend them enough!
