Chocobo Racing - Why isn't Head Start and Paradigm Shift avaliable for purchase?
As stated in the title, why isn't these two abilities able to be purchased? Are they really that over powered that they can only be obtained with RNG? Seriously, Paradigm Shift is shown on the website to exist (http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...m/3127a08081a/) So what's stopping these abilities from being purchased. Please, can someone at Square Enix actually make these items purchasable over the really bad ones (Breather use to be OP till it got made useless).
Side note: Hate having to cripple myself for possibility to get RNG abilities and with how steep the curve for chocobo racing becomes once you start getting to rank 5 as NPCs start getting way better chocobos than you'll possibly get at that time, and how the NPCs tend to focus their attention more on you than actually winning.
