Game Crashes when selecting Chocobo Covering

Time: April 1st to April 5th 9.13 am EST
Frequency: Multiple Times
World Name: Gilgamesh
Character Name: K'aios Orin
NPC Name: Katering <Race Chocobo Breeder> in Central Shroud
Monster Name: N/A
Class/Level: WHM Lvl 60 but crash happens on other jobs
Party or Solo: Solo
Area and Coordinates: Central Shroud (20.4, 22.8)

Steps:
1. Raced chocobo to lvl 40 to breed.
2. Retire chocobo and purchase covering permission from race trainer in Gold Saucer.
3. Teleport to Bentbranch Meadows in Central Shroud.
4. Talk to Katering.
5. Select 'Chocobo Covering' dialogue option
6. Game crashes before selection page opens.
7. Reopen Game.
8. Repeat steps 4-5 without problems this time.

ISP: Comcast
Machine: PC. Windows 10.
Control Scheme: XBOX 360 Controller connected via USB to Laptop

This has happened 5/8 times I went to do Chocobo Covering. It only happens for Chocobo Covering, not any other time in the game. This screenshot is right before it usually happens. http://imgur.com/vcnHc5y
