Social, no pressure FC

Hello!

I've been playing FFXIV for a while now but, since I don't know anyone who plays, I'm forever gaming alone and I've yet to find an FC to call home. I'm certainly not a hardcore player: I'm i180 and there's plenty of content I haven't even unlocked yet, so I'm looking for a more casual FC that's more about socialising and everyone playing at their own pace - although getting through content together would be nice too, I really hate that duty finder...

I'm UK based and play on PS4. Only lvl60 as a bard at the moment.

Is there such an FC with an open space? Or is anyone interested in starting one?
