BLM, I220 looking for Raiding Party.

I'm a lvl I220 BLM, and I'm interested in getting into endgame raiding. I know my class pretty well, and am always looking for ways to improve, but, have had no luck whatsoever in learning these new encounters. The very very FEW learning groups i've seen, and joined never get anywhere, and my guild, a guild filled with really friendly, nice, helpful people all raid from like 10 pm, est, well into the night, which is far to late for me. They must be a west coast guild i suppose.

While i am green in terms of FFXIV raiding, i've been raiding for years now in other games at highest level. I have TS, mumble, and vent. While i realize most teams already want people with experience, lets me honest, most people with the experience and knowledge your looking for already have raid teams.

I can't raid Sunday nights or Monday nights as i'm a member of a progression raid team in a different MMO. (a team i've been a regular member of for nearly 2 years now, as an empire Sorc DPS in a teams that cleared 90% of all endgame hardmode raids. And were chipping away at that last 10%) Wednesdays are out too. I'm off work and ready to play around 7pm est, and don't stay on later then 11-1130 pm, est. Saturday I'm mostly free, baring of course RL stuff that may need done, but i'm almost always home in the evenings.
