I saw recently more often problems with the Gate ''The time of my Life'' In Gold Sauce. The main issue here is that the class ''Miqo'Te'' isnt showing up occasionally.
The placement of the NPCs is random. Sometimes they appear on the platform hanging above the arena so make sure you're checking there if you don't spot the one you're looking for along the outside ring.
