Character name not pinging for available world transfer.

My alt on realm Faerie I made about 2 hours ago and completed the first quest for still isn't available for transfer.

I've emptied out my mail and used all the account bound items I could except for the Summer attire you turn in Mor'Dhona and a single Phantasia potion.


Any thoughts? My other friends could transfer within ten minutes of making their character.

Isn't it a three day wait for the transfer?

Yes exactly that. Like it says on the world transfer page:

It's been three days now to last sunday or saturday, can't remember which day I made him on, and his character name is still not highlight-able for transfer.
