Ingame FC & LS Search and Recommendations

Make a new interface for searching Free Companies and Linkshells open to new members with the ability to apply for membership.

The system to establish FC's game preferences and whether its open or not for recruitment already exists.

For Linkshells just make a few more options like "Hunting", "Fates", "Roleplay" ," PvP" etc.

Atm Linkshells are severely underutilized due to the fact its hard to find one and get invited into one. You need to search the lodestone for a keyword then scan potential online members and whisper them. All this is cumbersome.

Smaller FC's that can't sit all day and spam shout at Idylshire could more easily advertise their FC through this system and gain new members.

While you're at it also add a new linkshell extension system that will allow for Alliance type linkshells between FC's. This would just work like a normal linkshell but will be private between FC's and not public.

All this will help improve server communities which are already getting undermined by the Duty Finder system.
