[Feedback] RMT Reporting QoL Adjustment

In a fit of spite and madness I just finished manually typing out almost 200 names from my blacklist into a bulk RMT report.

I'm aware the official response is to blacklist RMTers and report them. It seems odd to me that given this is the official instruction that its currently not possible to copy/paste names on our blacklists. Reporting would be infinitely more effective and done more often if players could easily bulk report.

Additionally a mass "remove from blacklist" feature would be nice as well, considering how often our lists fill up.

Rightclick in chat -> report would be a lot better than what you are suggesting.

Pretty much this. SE needs to get their heads out of their asses about having convoluted report and feedback systems. I'm still about 50% sure that it's done this way for ALL of their games because of how much of a deterrent it is for consumers to even bother (meaning less work). XIV is not the only game to have it this way in their library.

Even in XI, while it's understandably heavier on text commands, reporting cheats, RMT, and other things of that nature managed to actually get worse lol. Reporting in-game is not encouraged much, unless it is things of harassment and other RL violations. In fact, they encourage you to go to the SE website to report game related issues... a game that does not allow you to alt-tab without it disconnecting from the game (unless you use a 3rd party program), encourages you to go to their website to report people. For many of us that have dealt with the company in the past, that right there... is SE's QoL and Customer Service type of expectations in a nutshell.

Short of RMT managing to disrupt players activities directly (not just annoy in chat), don't expect much for a while. That means years, just to clarify.

This is the system used by Blizzard and it works exceptionally well.

Right-click -> Report, blank out anything further in chat from that name at least until you relog (a this-session blacklist, basically), and maybe only show an actual report to a human being if the same name gets X reports from unique accounts. Come on SE, we are looking forward to it!
