2. Chat log shows:

4. Teleport to Hawkers' Alley aetherite
5. Open a retainer via the summoning bell to entrust and withdraw items
6. No materia present in inventory (90/100)

Although the chat log said I received the materias they have not been placed in my character inventory.

I switched to PS4 to force an inventory refresh after login, no luck, still no material in inventory.
