Issue with rolling for White Lanner Whistle

Posting this for my significant other- he just ran Limitless Blue Ex, the White Lanner dropped, and it wouldn't let him roll. The need and greed buttons were lit up but did nothing when he clicked them, the only thing it would let him do is pass. He doesn't already have the mount or anything, is there a reason why this would happen? Has anyone else had it happen?

Never joined one so I'm not sure, but is it possible he joined a loot master party?

Or his inventory was full, this is the loot behavior that happens when you don't have space.

Nah when you don't have space it actually lets you roll still, but if your inventory is full your roll will be forfeit if you win. Had this happen to an FC mate.

If the Need and Greed buttons were available, but didn't react, then it was most likely a bug/glitch. If he wasn't allowed to roll by the system for some reason (like already having the mount), those buttons would have been greyed out (similar to if you've already gotten your weekly loot from Midas).

It does allow you to press the buttons. But it'll pop up a warning stating you cannot roll on mounts/minions you've already obtained.

Haven't done that too often, but... in those cases, isn't there some sort of notification regarding "waiting for loot master to distribute loot" or something?

Yeah I felt super guilty even trying to press that Need button on one of the primal mounts. But I had to test!
