Yay! I absolutely killed it in Brayflox as SCH!

I know a lot of you enjoy a good experience from time to time from someone up and coming, so let's talk BF!

Reading up on BF and warnings from my FC, I came in knowing that the damage was going to jump up from Haukke. I went as WHM lv32 first as I wanted AoE heals and Esuna. It was a nightmare, but one of my most fun parties. Tank dead within two minutes and I use SC+Raise for the first time. We carry on. Then I get trapped outside a barrier on accident, and I get to watch as they wipe. We joke about it :p Get to the boss and OMG TEH DMG! Barely make it out of there. I get to 34 from 2 runs and get some fun new abilities, but don't go in as whm, I go as SCH!

A complete an total nervous wreck without Med and Esuna, my FC mate has to talk me into it as I want to back out. Turned out to be much easier due to a properly placed Eos, eye4eye, SS, + adlo. Just amazing how this job mitigates dmg and only going t increase.

Anywhoo, 2 runs as whm, 3 as sch 5/6 BM gear obtained!

It's experiences like this that make this game great. FFXIV throws you into encounters that at low gear level present a real challenge that can be very rewarding to overcome. Keep on trekkin' and doing what you're doing: reach out to your FC for advice, let your party members know you're new, continue learning from your mistakes, and improve your gameplay.

Brayflox can suck as a new tank and the mobs there hit HARD.
