How do you feel about the walls being removed in The Feast?

Exactly what the title states. How do you feel about the walls being removed? Personally, it bothers me that they were removed. I feel like LoS (and lack thereof) is a huge thing in PvP, and I enjoyed that the extra walls forced players to be a bit more strategic when meeting up in the middle, chasing players down, or CC-locking someone. Now that it's super open, you would have to be silly to hang out in the middle (unless you feel like just being an open target for ranged classes). I quite enjoyed binding healers behind a wall in an effort to burst down someone they could not see, for example.

Note: not all walls were removed, just the surrounding walls in the very middle of the arena (the area that surrounded the adrenaline buff).

They should not have been removed. Players need to learn how not to LoS their healers when they are being focused so if that's a reason why they were removed it was a dumb reason to. I agree it did provide an element of strategy to the fights and has only watered down gameplay from that perspective. BLMs should be ecstatic though I guess in a sense. I do not like these extra offense crates either. These changes combined with the heavy medal mechanics changes from the patch before this makes it feel like they are trying to steer the mode away from actual player skill in dictating which team wins the matches.

I feel like it gives further advantage to ranged and especially casters after they just got a slight overkill of a buff by way of 15% HP and up only interrupts... Dodging about walls while attacking was one of the really fun things about being a hunted melee/tank, but it was far from being something any good enemy couldn't compensate for, as long as they were willing to move and take risks of proximity that are inherent, still to a greater degree, to playing a non-ranged.

there are still the outer walls. now u jus need to learn now when to pull out and dash behind the outer walls hnnng!

It feels like I've walked in a house as their owners are preparing to move away. Things are missing and it feels empty.

Are ranged and healing classes not spoiled enough for SE yet?

they coulda brought the outer walls in a bit closer if anything.

It's very boring. I don't know why every single patch so far has been "HEALERS AND CASTERS NEED PERFECT CONDITIONS ALWAYS. NOTHING BAD MUST NOT EVER HAPPEN TO THEM!" I don't know, I'm probably in the minority but I just want the vanilla version back. This version is just absolute chaos with the nonstop LB, no more def buff, heavy medal stacks are awarded way too easily and give way too much vuln.
