Recruiting a main tank (DRK/PLD) for Midas Savage/EX Primals static!

Our goal is to beat Midas Savage (and any EX Primals released during that time) while they're relevant. We are looking for the following qualities:

-The ability and willingness to adapt according to the encounter.
-The ability and willingness to prepare yourself accordingly (which includes job research/encounter research/food/pots/etc.)
-The ability and willingness to improve your personal performance even if something is on farm.
-The ability and willingness to sacrifice personal numbers for the sake of the group.
-The ability and willingness to be on-time for raids.
-The ability and willingness to work productively in a group environment, which includes being able to take and give constructive criticism.
-The willingness to use voice chat (we specifically use Discord). Talking is not mandatory, but listening is. Please do not dismiss this point, it's mandatory.
-Toxic attitudes will not be tolerated.

No prior experience is necessary, but you must be able to meet all of the requirements above. All prospective recruits will be given a trial run(s) to see if they’re a good fit for the group (likewise if we’re a good fit for you). We're currently looking for a main tank (PLD/DRK). Sephirot EX and/or Midas Savage may be used for trial purposes. We’re not expecting top 1% numbers from you, but certain baseline requirements are necessary. As long as you meet the above requirements and we see the potential in you however, we are willing to help you achieve these numbers.

We’re planning on raiding 3 times a week. Tuesday from 8:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Friday from 8:30 PM - 11:30 PM, and Sunday from 8:30 PM - 10:30 PM. This is all EST, and these times/days are tentative and subject to change.
