Where from Long-feathered Chocobo

I saw many players's "Long-feathered" Chocobo mount

I mean normal yellow skin and white on wings/tail. (some I saw also same for red/white. Is it dye?)

How I get this? Thanks

It's the two two-passenger chocobos from recruit a friend rewards most likely. Drought Chocobo and Amber Drought Chocobo

As Tachyon stated, they're the special two-rider chocobos that are gained through specific means - the Draught Chocobo and Amber Draught Chocobo are gained through inviting new players to the game using the 'Recruit a Friend' campaign, and the Ceremony Chocobo is gained by your character marrying another player's character with the Ceremony of Eternal Bonding (only the paid wedding ceremonies give this mount though - the free version doesn't).

Doesn't that Legacy Chocobo for the 1.x players also look like the description? Never mind I looked it up. White tipped are the Amber/Drought Chocobos
