Unable to download patch files [30413] [25008]

I recently just bought the game since my trial ended and I was super excited to get the complete experience of FFXIV. Hahaha, was I wrong...2 days and the same problem keeps happening. I'll be hours into the download and the error pops up without fail. I've gone through this numerous times and I've tried every possible fix. Allowed it in my av and firewall, cleared cookies in ie/edge, used a vpn, used pingzapper, ran in admin and compatibility mode, and a complete reinstall. I just want to play the game that I've spend my hard earned money on...why is this happening? It's stressing me out way more than it should.
