Cant open anything

I have a nvidia geforce GTX 260 graphics card and I cant do any thing on the game and it does get old to restart ever 5 mins and cant buy new armor. before the path everything ran good and now I'm stuck with low level armor. What can I do the fix the problem and another thing I'm level 27 conjuror on Fabul server and no raise spell I have been trying to get that also, but don't know what time of day it was because I never new I was supposed to get it at level 14. any feed back in how to fix these problems will be appreciated.

Date & Time: date and time unknown because I didn't know I was supose to get the spell at level 14

2. click on traits
3. seen a spell list but raise was not in there and I was suposed to get it at level 14
