Random Retainer de-level

I had an issue with my retainer where he randomly reset from Fisher 51 to 29. He came back from a venture, leveled, then I went to the equipment page to give him new gear and suddenly he was level 29 with random assorted gear. I've submitted a bug report both in-game and on the forum, but I haven't heard anything from anyone and it's been almost a week. I would like my retainer restored to the level of his last venture. I haven't sent him on any new ones since this happened. Please let me know what I need to do for help.

For an issue like this i would submit a ticket in game and contact a in game GM. They may be able to aid you

I've tried doing that, but I'm not getting a response. I'm feeling rather ignored about this. This is my third or fourth ticket. I'm sending it under Bug Report. That is how I'm supposed to do it I think? Or is there some other way to contact a gm?
