Where do YOU use Spirits Within, Tempered Will?

So in another thread, I commented on how it seems like there are surprisingly few instances where Spirits Within seems to actually work as an interrupt, at least in my experience. Tempered Will also seems to not work half of the time, either. So I thought I'd ask other folks to see if there's anything I'm missing:

What enemy spells are you able to interrupt with Spirits Within?

What knockbacks and movement-impairing effects are you able to negate with Tempered Will?

Any magic cast, if im on GCD and wont be able to shield bash in time or they have built up stun resistance.

Any knock back affect that I know of that will affect my positioning. e.g Seph Ex knockback in Phase 3, Use Tempered Will before that and I can stand where my adds are going to spawn instead of having to run towards them from the edge.

I'm more looking for specific instances where they've worked (like your Seph Ex example). In my experience, Tempered Will only works for about 50% of the movement-impairing or knockback effects, and Spirits Within has an even lower success rate at successfully interrupting the cast.

You can use Spirits Within on Mind Blast for A6S.

Succubus' first aoe attack
Elite Marks that use casts such as Mirka or Maahes

Tempered Will:
A6 knockback from the last boss.
A8 Same as above when you fight him again.
A8 knockback from Brute Justice when they all combine.

I believe you can do it to all 3 golems' casts. I haven't tried with actual silencing abilities, but I know you can with holmgang, fluid aura and the mch one...blank shot?

Spirits Within and Tempered Will find more use in PvP. Preventing knock back and being able to remove heavy and bind is a pretty big deal. All the dps jobs have "undesired" abilities, they go onto the far end of the hotbar or whatnot, or get removed entirely. They have PvP element to them.

Tempered Will tidal move in neverreap, gusts in bismark, titan landslides, shiva ice drop, a7 robot cage, removing mount applied heavy....
Spirits within unsure other then listed previously, will note it is a very potent ocd generally use it on boss pulls allowing to open with goring instead of ra or sb and get 2 in before fof wears off. (I dont see too many other plds do this maybe im missing something).

I usually use spirits within as part of my opener...if a boss actually has an attack that needs to be silenced it usually goes off once or twice before i wrap my head around the fact that the silence is useful here lol.
