Billing Issues and Poor Customer Support

:mad:SE your billing servers for Mogstation need maintenance or work and after two separate chats with live customer support a month has gone by and still have the same issue and it hasn't been resolved. Can't renew subscription due to error 601, cant update card information due to error 601 cant buy anything off mogstore due to error 601 and a month has gone by after my ticket was submitted and nothing has been fixed.

And they need to have some way to manage software issues. Just because you post a line saying purchases are final doesn't mean you can just shrug and turn around if your website glitches and charges someone twice. When you can accept money, you have to have a means of correcting errors that the money accepting service can have. Lack of accountability doesn't earn you any favors with your fanbase.
