Steps:
1. Enable Eyefinity (5760x1080 resolution) using conventional method as per AMD guidelines.
2. Launch FFXIV in DX11 mode.
3. FFXIV launches at resolution of 1920x1080. Enter settings to manually adjust. 1920x1080 is maximum available resolution. 5760x1080 is unavailable.
4. Exit FFXIV.
5. Launch FFXIV in DX9 mode.
6. FFXIV launches at resolution of 1920x1080. Enter settings to manually adjust. 1920x1080 is maximum available resolution. 5760x1080 is unavailable.
