aether current problem

I am unable to get all the aether currents in the Churning Mists and the Sea of Clouds because one of the quests did not apply it to my character. I have all of the quests in my completed section of the journal and have gotten the list for several guides and my fc mates. I have put in a bug report and a help request and all i have been given is a message to post the problem on this forum. Can someone fix this or message me so that we can start fixing it as soon as possible.
